During the summer season, the hottest period of the day is between 10 am and 3 pm. Therefore, it is recommended for you to stay out of the sun at that period. The longer you stay outside, the longer your skin is exposed to the harmful UV rays.

Nowadays, there are many clothing pieces that have a UV protection, and some even come with UV-absorbing colourless dye. These clothing pieces act as protectors against the harmful sun rays. During the days when it is extremely hot, try to cover the vital parts of your body and as much skin as possible.
